Jobot is seeking an experienced Defense Attorney for a Partner Track role in New Mexico (Albuquerque or Remote Within NM). The position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year with potential bonuses and a path to partnership.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of insurance defense experience and will handle cases across Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience is required.
• Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Motion practice and discovery.
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Trial preparation.
