Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Application Developer to join the Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB, supporting the 53rd Wing WTSS contract. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications and dashboards to aid mission operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or 2 years experience substitute), DoD 8570-IAT II certification within 6 months, and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, SQL and ColdFusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university; 2 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT-II certification required within 6 months of hire.
• SQL experience for database planning, creation and modification.
• Web application coding experience: client-side HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery; server-side: ColdFusion or similar.
• MS Office applications for planning and communication; Visual Basic/VBA or mobile development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, planning, designing, developing, testing, launching, and maintaining web-based applications.
• Apply business process modelling, project management and programming to satisfy users such as technicians, engineers, planners and managers.
• Develop dashboards in Envision (BDP) or SharePoint to support leadership decision-making at various wing levels.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and complete complex assignments.
