Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Mid-level Dashboard Developer to translate complex data into actionable insights for defense operations. You will design ETL pipelines, build predictive analytics, and create dashboards using BI tools to support military leaders.

You will work with Databricks, SQL, Spark, Python, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers while maintaining high standards for data quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks, SQL, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL pipelines.
• Strong data visualization and BI skills using Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced programming in Python with efficient, scalable scripting experience.
• Experience with forecasts, cost models, and trend analyses.
• BA or BS degree.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Curious, independent thinker with a passion for solving challenging problems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for integrating structured and unstructured data.
• Experience facilitating BI-tool training for self-service analytics.
• Understanding of data-management practices within the DoW environment, including SQL or SAS.
• Outstanding communication skills to align stakeholder needs and track progress.
• Exceptional critical thinking and statistical analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL pipelines and distributed computing solutions with Databricks, SQL, and Spark.
• Build robust analytical models, forecasts, cost models, and trend analyses.
• Develop machine‑learning algorithms and scalable scripts in Python.
• Create intuitive dashboards with Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor and review work of junior developers as needed.
