Phase2 Technology is seeking a Mid Defense Analyst in Washington, D.C. to support the Navy client throughout the Defense Authorization and Appropriations process. The candidate must analyze risk-based strategies and support the development of Navy and Marine Corps strategy.

Provide the Navy client with support throughout the annual Defense Authorization and Appropriations process. Leverage existing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) systems and databases to coordinate, track, report, and make appropriate analyses and recommendations to support government decisions on requirements, milestones, and progress. Provide analysis to support the development and implementation of Navy and Marine Corps strategy and policy. Analyze risk‑based strategies for processes and planning. Analyze and track metrics for strategy implementation. Provide analysis to identify, define, and close requirements.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
