Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a System Acquisitions Manager to support AFLCMC/RSO at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply DoD acquisition processes, draft acquisition documentation, and execute program plans across life cycles.

The role requires a security clearance or ability to obtain, advanced degrees or extensive DoD experience, and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainment and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain Secret.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years of experience, five in DoD.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience, five in DoD.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage acquisition, logistics, and deployment of systems and subsystems.
• Develop and draft acquisition documentation and ensure quality control; perform analyses and workload assessments.
• Assist in procurement, pre- and post-award actions, and in source selection processes.
• Lead program reviews (PMR) and milestone planning; coordinate staff and schedules.
• Support development of key program metrics and risk management plans.
