Job summary

STARK is seeking a Senior Media and Communications Officer to bolster the company’s reputation in Germany and internationally. Based in Berlin or Munich, the role focuses on media relations, content development, and strategic messaging across demanding environments.

You will report to the Head of Brand and collaborate with senior executives and external partners to manage high-stakes media moments and diverse activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in communications, journalism, or media relations.
• Strong network and track record securing coverage in Germany/Europe.
• Excellent German and English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage media relations across Germany and Europe.
• Develop content and strategic messaging for external audiences.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, and activations with budgets.
• Work with senior executives and external stakeholders on high-stakes moments.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging.
• Support a broad range of activations from demos to physical spaces and merchandising.
