This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handles assigned daily work queues that consist of collector requests.
• Handles accounts that are delinquent before they are referred to foreclosure.
• Mails letters based on investor and state requirements/Issues delinquency letters to specific states.
• Reviews delinquent loans that are eligible for foreclosure.
• Processes delinquent accounts ready for foreclosure.
• Posts partial mortgage payments based on suspense policies and guidelines.
• Reviews reports to determine what accounts need loss mitigation solicitations based on regulatory requirements.
• Reviews exception reporting to identify process gaps.
• Processes collection activity requests based on investor guidelines.
• Position will cross-train to other products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a processing function.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Collections Systems.
• Knowledge of Real-Estate Collections.
• Excellent customer service skills, highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
• Ability to multi-task.
• PC and internet proficiency.

Exempt Status: No (eligible for overtime pay).
