Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Support: Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
  2. Professional Friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients.
  3. Daily Living Assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space.
  4. Health and Wellness Management: Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage consistent exercise, and facilitate social activities.

Joining ABI Resources - What You Need:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Preferably 1 year in disability care (not mandatory).
  3. Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18.
  4. References: Provide a recommendation from a personal or professional contact.

Schedule Types:
Full-time | Part-time
Weekday and Weekend schedules available
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferably 1 year of experience working with disabilities (not required)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Minimum age of 18
Pass a drug screening and background check
Provide a letter from a personal or professional reference verifying experience
