The Deep Cleaning & Restoration Expert plays a key role in tackling the toughest cleaning challenges. From post-construction cleanups to carpet shampooing and floor restoration, you will use professional-grade tools and cleaning techniques to return spaces to pristine condition. You’ll work across residential and commercial sites, ensuring every detail meets our company’s high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized deep cleaning services such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor polishing.
• Handle post-construction and renovation cleanup, removing debris, dust, and paint residues.
• Clean high-touch areas and hard-to-reach spots using ladders or extension tools.
• Operate industrial equipment including power washers, steam cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Remove stains, mold, and odors from various surfaces using approved products.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and thoroughness.
• Work with supervisors to develop customized cleaning plans for unique client needs.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning and storing properly after each job.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate with clients professionally and respond to specific requests.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.

Requirements & Skills
