Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Deductions Analyst on a contract basis in Austin, TX. This onsite role supports deduction management and resolution activities across accounting, sales, and customer service.

You will research, analyze, and resolve customer deductions, investigate chargebacks, and maintain accurate records within internal systems. Requirements include 2–4 years of deductions or AR experience in a CPG environment, and hands-on experience with HighRadius and Microsoft Dynamics 365;

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of deductions or accounts receivable experience within a CPG environment.
• Experience handling trade promotions, pricing claims, and retailer compliance deductions.
• Hands-on experience with HighRadius and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks
• Manage deductions related to pricing discrepancies, promotions/trade spend, returns, damages, shortages, and compliance penalties
• Validate supporting documentation and ensure accurate account reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and reduce recurring deductions
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems
