Ideal candidates have 3+ years in workers' compensation defense, JD from an accredited school, and Indiana Bar admission. The role offers flexible scheduling—on-site, hybrid, or remote—and a culture focused on diversity and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience with a focus on workers' compensation defense.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Indiana Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement case strategies with clients and team members.
• Maintain client relationships through clear communication and accessibility.
• Prepare for discovery, motions practice, and participate in trial, mediation, and arbitration.
• Stay current on laws and trends affecting workers' compensation and provide guidance.
