Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is hiring Weekend Caregivers and CNAs in the Northwest Valley. Join a team focused on compassionate in-home non-medical care, with flexible weekend shifts and quick onboarding.

Provide support with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship while ensuring client safety. CPR/First Aid, TB testing, and background checks are part of our onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience (family caregiving counts).
• CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance available if needed).
• Article 9 certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card, background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the home, including ADLs.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Transfers and mobility assistance.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Medication reminders.
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition.
