Job summary

Westmont Living at San Miguel Ranch is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with ADL tasks, maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment, and support daily living activities.

You will help with meals, laundry, personal care, transfers, and mobility while observing changes in condition and reporting to your supervisor; paid holidays, daily pay, and full benefits after qualifying periods are offered. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal record clearance prior to start.
• Must pass health screenings (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have basic first aid or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping and meals.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, transfers and ambulation.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.
