Job summary

Next Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Dedicated Regional CDL Driver for our private fleet in Pennsylvania.

This full-time, on-site role offers a $80,000+ annual salary with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a dedicated regional route serving PA, MD, OH, and upstate NY. You will drive a late-model tractor on a consistent schedule, get back home most weekends, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health plans and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year(s) of semi-driving experience.
• Licensing: Valid Class A CDL.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (we can assist obtaining).
• Skills: Proficiency with weight scales, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Product Delivery: On-time delivery to customers and branch locations via dedicated freight routes.
• Vendor Pick-Ups: Efficiently collecting stock from suppliers as needed.
• Safe Loading: Staging and loading orders to optimize route efficiency.
• Cargo Integrity: Professional handling of hazardous, perishable, and freezable goods.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs, mileage reports, and bills of lading.
