Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Sioux Falls is seeking drivers for a dedicated reefer lane to Salt Lake City and back. This role offers long hauls, predictable loads, and home time you can shape around your life.

New CDL-A holders are welcome; 4–6 weeks of over-the-road training with an experienced trainer, followed by straight to full solo driver pay. Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days along with 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• Trainees welcome; 120+ hours of CDL training required.
• 6 months OTR in last 12 months or 12+ months in past 5 years.
• No major DUI/DWI in past 5–10 years; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive headhaul from Sioux Falls to Salt Lake City and back.
• Maintain 2,600–2,800 miles per week with 25-stop pay.
• Flexible home time; coordinate with dispatcher to fit life.
• Adhere to safety rules and complete hair/urine drug testing as required.
