4th Day Trucking in Phoenix invites applications for the Dedicated Local CDL Driver role. You’ll operate a local dry van, return home daily, and run routes across Arizona from the Phoenix hub.

The position offers a weekly gross averaging $1,540–$1,670, with base pay plus stop pay and unload pay, plus full medical benefits and paid vacation; shifts include day and night options.

Dedicated Local CDL Driver (Phoenix Hub) – ~$1,600/Wk Avg – Daily Home Time

THE OFFER & EARNINGS

• Weekly Gross Range: Earn an average of ~$1,540 to $1,670 per week ( ~$80,000 to $86,000+ annually ).
• Earnings Breakdown: $20.00 base hourly rate + $20.00 stop pay + $75.00 trailer unload pay.

THE ROUTE & FREIGHT

• Home Time Routine: Back home in your own bed every single night.
• Driving Territory: Local short-haul store drops dispatched from Phoenix across Arizona.
• Freight Handling: Dedicated Dry Van—physical offloading using a liftgate and rolling carts.
• Shift Details: Day and night start times running 7 days a week (off Thanksgiving and Christmas).

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience Options: CDL school graduate with 120+ training hours (0 months experience needed) OR 6 months OTR in the past year OR 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Pre-employment DOT drug test (urine and hair follicle).
• Commute distance within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
