4th Day Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Local Driver for a home-daily local position with consistent freight and a predictable schedule. You will run local routes through Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, with 2–4 loads daily and 6–8 stops while using a pallet jack for touch freight.

You’ll join a team that offers steady freight, weekly pay, and a clear routine. Expect a 3rd shift (9:00 PM start) with 10–12 hour shifts and Home Time every day.

Qualifications

• Live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH (45242).
• Comfortable doing live unloads at store stops.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and background check.

Pay & Extras (The Full Breakdown)

• Weekly Average: $1,600 per week


• Annual Salary: Around $83,000/year


• Mileage Pay: Up to $0.62 CPM (based on your experience)


• Stop Pay: $20 per stop


• Trailer Unload Pay: $37 per trailer unload


• Backhaul Pay: $20 backhaul pay


• Pallet Restack Pay: $25 pallet restack pay


• Clean Inspection Bonus: $25 for every clean inspection


• Paid Training: 2-day ride-along at $100/day

What the Job Looks Like

• Home Time: Home every single day with 2 days off each week


• Freight Type: Refrigerated and dry van freight


• Labor Style: 100% touch freight using a powered pallet jack (full training provided)


• Operating Area: Running local routes through Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky


• Daily Workload: 2 to 4 loads daily with 6 to 8 stops


• Daily Miles: Average 200 to 300 miles per day


• Equipment: Slip-seat operation


• Support: 24/7 on-site support team available when you need assistance

Schedule & Hours

• Shift: 3rd shift with a 9:00 PM start time


• Shift Length: Typically 10 to 12 hour shifts


• Availability: Nights, weekends, holidays, and holiday weeks are required


• Flexibility: Must be willing to support the nearby Woodlawn location when needed
