J Rose Enterprises in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a 3rd shift CDL-A delivery driver to operate local routes, pulling dry and refrigerated freight from the distribution center. You will safely navigate grocery loops across OH, IN, KY, averaging 200–300 miles per day with 2–4 loads and 6–8 stops per shift.

This 100% touch-freight role uses store-provided pallet jacks for unloading. Home daily schedule, paid on-site training at $100/day, and a 50-mile commuting requirement are part of the opportunity.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% touch-freight fleet; unloads using store-provided powered pallet jacks.
• Willing to run support operations for the nearby Woodlawn facility if required.

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Route: Pull dry and refrigerated freight directly from the distribution center. Safely navigate local loops to grocery stores across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, averaging 200–300 miles per day.
• The Routine: Expect a fast-paced environment handling 2 to 4 loads per day with 6 to 8 total stops.
• Active Delivery: This is a 100% touch-freight fleet. Drivers safely unload trailers at store locations utilizing store-provided powered pallet jacks.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to run support operations for the nearby Woodlawn facility if operationally required.

Requirements & Hiring Restrictions

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Class A CDL driving experience. (CDL school does not count as experience)
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH (45242).
• Schedule Flexibility: This is a 3rd shift position (2100 start time) operating 7 days a week. Drivers must be willing to work nights &weekends within their scheduled workweek.
• Commute: This is a daily slip-seat operation. Trucks remain at the yard, so drivers must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the DC in Blue Ash.
