Mandatory job requirements

• Ability to arrive and depart work on time
• Flexibility with working hours
• IN HOME CARE. We provide care WITHIN the homes of our Clients (This means traveling between care shifts from one client to the next)
• Ability to do light housekeeping (bending and stooping)
• Some clients have animals (Please specify if you are able to be around animals)
• Ability to lift 30lbs (MANDATORY)
• Ability to be dedicated and committed to the care shifts you accept
• Provide longevity and independence within our Care community
• Provide strong communication skills
• ACTIVE WASHINGTON HCA/CNA CERTIFICATION (LEGAL REQUIREMENT)
