Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Social Worker to join the Early Intervention (EI) program serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays in Everett, Malden, and Medford.

You will work within a coaching model with families, performing screenings, assessments, and service coordination. The role involves center and home visits, IFSP goal tracking, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support family needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Clinical Licensure required (LCSW).
• LICSW, LMHC preferred.
• Experience with young children 0-5 years.
• Massachusetts driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental levels of infants and toddlers using standardized screening tools.
• Provide interventions focused on psychosocial development, family systems, and resource identification.
• Develop and track progress on treatment goals outlined in the IFSP in the home setting.
• Deliver transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the EI program.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies for team-based planning and treatment.
