EPES Transport, a Penske Logistics company, is hiring part-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to deliver bread in Maryland. Drivers operate late-model Penske equipment, home daily with 15–20 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday with some weekend work. Compensation is $32 per hour with strong benefits and safety programs.

Responsibilities include unloading pallets, handling reefer loads, and occasional trailer movements. Must meet DOT medical and residency requirements, and have a clean DMV record.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL required; domicile in the U.S. and license in state of residence.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.

This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Immediate Opportunities: Part-time Home Daily Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• $32 per hour, 15 to 20 hours/week
• Home daily
• Mostly Weekdays, Occasional Weekend Work Available
• 1st shift hours

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• The driver will deliver loads of bread in MD.
• Driver will unload/reload stacks of bread and deliver freezer load with reefer trailers.
• May be asked to move trailers to and from dock as required.
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Average 15 to 20 hours per week.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. Typically hours will be within the 4am to 4pm range.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
