Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks professional drivers for a regional dry-van role with dependable pay and steady freight. Earn weekly earnings of $1,124–$1,500 and mileage-based CPM with an average 2,300–2,500 miles per week on routes spanning Nashville, Charlotte, and Atlanta, with drop-and-hook, 100% no-touch freight.

Home time is weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset. The fleet is well-maintained and onboarding is paid; benefits include full health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must reside in or near the Memphis, TN area.
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van, 100% no-touch freight.
• Run routes Nashville, TN → Charlotte, NC → Atlanta, GA and back to Nashville, TN.
• Maintain safe driving and reliable equipment.
• Follow established dispatch and freight network.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,124 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week
• Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight
• Onboarding: Paid orientation included

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset
• Route: Run from Nashville, TN to Charlotte, NC to Atlanta, GA and back to Nashville,TN
• Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload

Job Details & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
• Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability
