Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is expanding our Southeast regional fleet in Gainesville, FL. We offer a predictable schedule with a 34-hour weekly reset and a competitive weekly gross range. This role is 100% touch freight requiring unloading at customer storefronts.

Qualifying drivers will have a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of verifiable experience in the last 3 years, plus a clean safety record and readiness for physical unloading.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL with clean record.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Physically able to unload boxes by hand or with equipment.
• DOT/FMCSA compliant safety history.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a 100% touch freight environment with live, box-by-box unloading at storefronts.
• Occasional night, weekend, and holiday driving to meet early-morning deliveries and maintain on-time performance.

Shift & Freight Realities:

This is a 100% touch freight account. Drivers handle live, box-by-box unloads at customer storefronts using a gravity roller system. Most deliveries are scheduled for the early morning, requiring night, weekend, and holiday driving to maintain on-time performance.

What You Need to Qualify:

• A valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (excludes training academy time).
• Physical readiness for consistent box-by-box unloading.
• A clean safety history meeting all DOT, background, and FMCSA requirements.
