You’ll earn $0.63 CPM on all miles, about 1,100–1,300 miles weekly, plus $240 unload pay per trailer and $50 per backhaul. All‑in earnings average $1.20 per mile. Sign‑on bonus $2,000 paid in 3 installments; training in Savannah, GA at $150/day.

This is a financially rewarding, physically active role designed for safety-minded drivers who possess top-tier customer service skills and want to lock in consistent weekly miles across the Southeast.

Earning Potential & Payout Structure:

• Steady Mileage Pay: $0.63 CPM on all miles (regardless of experience level).
• Weekly Mileage Volume: Highly consistent 1,100 – 1,300 average miles per week.
• Unload Pay: $240.00 for every trailer fully unloaded.
• Backhaul Pay: $50.00 per backhaul.
• All-In Earning Average: When combining mileage and unloading pay, drivers average $1.20 per mile all-in.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule:

Get rewarded immediately for joining our elite fleet:

• $500.00 paid out right after your 1st completed load.
• $500.00 paid out after 30 days of employment.
• $1,000.00 paid out after 60 days of employment.

Schedule & Home Time Details:

• Home Weekly: Drivers are guaranteed a weekly 34-hour reset (weekends are not guaranteed). Resets may occasionally take place during deliveries depending on freight schedules.
• Shift Times: Most deliveries occur in the early morning. Drivers must be prepared to drive either the night before or early in the morning to hit delivery windows exactly on time.
• Availability: Nights, weekends, and holiday availability are required.
• Equipment: Late‑model, well‑maintained Freightliner and Kenworth sleeper tractors.

Freight Profile & Paid Onboarding:

• 100% Touch Freight: Hand-unloading trailers box‑by‑box using a gravity roller system for a live unload at store locations.
• Paid Fleet Training: Upon hire, you will be sent directly to Savannah, GA for your training. You will complete a 1‑week ride‑along with a certified fleet trainer, paid at a flat rate of $150/day.

Key Fleet Requirements:

• Experience: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor‑trailer experience.
• Parking Security: Drivers must have a verified, secure parking location capable of safely housing both the tractor and the trailer during home time.
• Professionalism: Patience and excellent communication skills are required when interacting with store personnel.
