Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a CDL-A driver for dedicated routes in the Northeast, including CT, MA, NH, NY, and PA with no NYC runs. This position features 100% no-touch freight, 13 loads per week, and strong home time.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, plus a weekly performance pay and a competitive sign-on bonus. Experienced drivers can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, with $7,500 for less experienced drivers, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Tanker endorsement due within 90 days of hire.
• HazMat endorsement due within 90 days of hire; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Haul retail merchandise in dry van trailers on dedicated routes.
• No-touch freight 100% and 80% drop-and-hook.
• Operate on a schedule of ~13 loads per week.
• Route coverage includes CT, MA, NH, NY and PA (no New York City).
