Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a Dedicated Driver to haul retail merchandise in dry van trailers within CT, MA, NH, NY and PA, excluding New York City.

This role features 100% no-touch freight, 80% drop-and-hook, and guaranteed weekly pay with performance incentives. It includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $7,500 for inexperienced drivers, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Tanker endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Putnam, CT.

Responsibilities

• Haul retail merchandise in dry van trailers.
• Operate 13 loads per week.
• Routes within CT, MA, NH, NY and PA (no NYC).
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
