Job summary

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, prepare meals, remind about medications, and handle light housekeeping while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

All applicants must have a valid driver’s license, 2+ years caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proof of TB clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current TB clearance through 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or Chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders.
• Performing light housekeeping and running errands.
• Helping clients maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

What You'll Do
