Job summary

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in staying safe and independent at home. The role involves companionship, personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, with flexible scheduling and a supportive office team.

Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, a High School diploma or GED, and TB clearance. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for additional earnings are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance through one of the following: 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, Chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders.
• Performing light housekeeping and running errands.
• Helping clients maintain their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

What You'll Do
