The Decorator is responsible for ensuring that all décor looks great onstage and may perform maintenance, respond to trouble tickets, or assist in holiday preparations across parks & resorts. The role requires experience in scenic, carpentry, paint, upholstery, floral arrangements, or molding. Work may involve elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout Walt Disney World Parks and Resort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on interior/exterior elements: furniture, props, sunshades, crowd control, ropes, netting, drapery, foliage, artwork.
• Operate equipment like AWP, forklifts, Lull, trucks, ladders, and work at heights.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in one of the following: scenic, props, interior design, carpentry, mold making, painting, upholstery, floral, rope work, flooring.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, hardware, adhesives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, team-oriented.
• Proficiency with office software and mobile devices.
