Job Summary

The Supervisor oversees daily decoration operations, monitors orders and ship dates, collaborates with planning, maintenance, and leadership, trains staff, enforces quality and safety standards, and drives continuous improvement using metrics and lean principles.

Essential Duties

• Assess workload and prioritize tasks based on reports and order system
• Manage bottlenecks, promote teamwork, and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and respond promptly to emails and tickets
• Train employees, promote safety, and ensure quality standards
• Track and review orders for timely delivery
• Manage employee time sheets and support team leadership

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in decoration production or manufacturing leadership
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with company software and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to hear, communicate, stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and manipulate objects
• Works in a temperature-controlled warehouse, with seasonal temperature variations

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday, 4:00PM - 12:30AM, with possible overtime and weekend work during busy periods

Dress Code

• Appropriate attire, closed-toe shoes, PPE required
