Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years machine operation or industrial equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and color vision testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor decorating equipment.
• Set up equipment for production runs.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain proper print registration, image alignment, and color consistency.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Monitor production runs and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Document production and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
