Job summary

UNRL is seeking an experienced Print Production Coordinator to own the flow of decorated apparel projects from approved artwork through final production. You will coordinate with screen printers, embroidery, heat transfer shops and UNRL's network of partners to ensure quality, cost and on-time delivery.

The role sits at the intersection of Creative, Sales, Operations, and external decoration partners, managing a diverse production queue and ensuring clear production standards across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in screen printing or apparel decoration.
• Strong understanding of artwork sizing, placement and color specs.
• Experience with production artwork preparation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for edits.
• Familiarity with Pantone colors and decoration materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Own Production Artwork & Job Setup: prepare artwork for production and set up specs.
• Manage production queue from artwork handoff to completion.
• Assign projects to approved decoration partners optimizing cost and capacity.
• Track open projects and resolve delays to protect delivery timelines.
• Coordinate changes, reworks and rush projects when needed.
• Review proofs and ensure decoration accuracy (size, color, placement).
• Maintain costing standards by decoration type and partner.
• Communicate status to internal teams and external partners.
