MBC Talent Connections is seeking a Decontamination & Decommissioning Planning Manager to lead planning and execution of nuclear D&D projects in an on-site West Valley, NY setting. The role requires developing project plans, managing teams, ensuring safe operations, and delivering projects on time and within budget for DOE or commercial nuclear environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project planning experience in nuclear D&D, engineering, construction, or operations/maintenance.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a DOE or commercial nuclear environment.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience with Primavera or similar project scheduling software preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Location: West Valley, New York (On-site)

Monday–Thursday onsite, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: $200,000–$238,000

Overview: Seeking an experienced Decontamination & Decommissioning (D&D) Planning Manager to lead planning and execution of nuclear decommissioning projects. This role is responsible for developing project plans, managing teams, ensuring safe operations, and delivering projects on time and within budget in a DOE or commercial nuclear environment.
