CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: *Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:* * Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller.* Removes belly from tree aside to table.* Removes combs from bellies and sets aside combs neatly onto rod of comb truck.* Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed asides flats.* Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley.* Cleans coolers and trims bellies as required.* Keeps Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently decombs and stacks bellies.* Provides appropriate scaling, record keeping and inventory rotation.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
