Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a production team member at our Wisconsin plant to join a fast-paced environment focused on precise bacon packaging and weight accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Forms infold carton and positions on scale platform for packing.
• Neatly packs carton with layers of sheeted bacon.
• Scales to proper weight and adjusts as needed.
• Sets aside carton to conveyor and ensures correct packing.
• In downgrade position, inspect bacon slices to meet standards for various orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
