Allen Marine Tours in Ketchikan, Alaska, is seeking Marine Deckhands for the seasonal team. This entry-level role supports vessel operations, assists the Captain, and helps deliver safe, high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have basic seamanship skills, some diesel engine experience, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Must be 18+, hold a valid US driver’s license, pass a security background check and DOT drug test, and be able to work 10-14 hour days, 5-7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Basic seamanship skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Some experience with diesel engines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with guests.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a security background check and DOT drug test.
• Valid, unexpired First Aid/CPR certification.
• Physically able to work 10-14 hour days, 5-7 days a week.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and fit through a 28-inch void hatch.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and with protective gear.

Responsibilities
