Lindblad Expeditions is seeking Rotational Deckhands to join their shipboard team in Seattle, Washington. These marine professionals will maintain ship operations, operate Zodiacs for guest transport, and ensure safety while exploring remote and breathtaking destinations. The ideal candidates are passionate about the sea, possess strong seamanship, and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 25 GRT Master License, Upon Near Coastal Waters
• Valid Transportation Worker’s Identification Credential (TWIC)
• Valid US Passport or US Permanent Resident Card with valid passport
• STCW Basic Safety Training (BST)
• USCG Medical Certificate
• STCW Crowd Management (CM)
• STCW Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties (VPDSD)
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding, marine environment
• Consent to pre-employment and random drug testing, background check, and physical examination
