Job summary

Hill Robinson Limited seeks a Deckhand for a private/charter 40m yacht. US citizen/Green Card required; ASAP start. Location: USA / Bahamas / Caribbean, package paid in USD. Expect strong deck skills, maintenance, and capable boat handling for charter ops.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years on 35m+ yachts, dynamic leadership, and solid navigation abilities. Mandatory STCW, PSA/PDSD, and Seafarers’ Medical certs; non-smoker with no visible tattoos preferred.

Experience and Attributes Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 35m+ yachts

• Excellent deck, maintenance skills
• Excellent boat handling and navigational skills

Qualifications Required:

• 100 ton USCG
• Fully updated STCW including PSA or PDSD
• Seafarers’ Medical Certificate
