Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and passionate about great food, with 1–2 years in a pizza or line cook role and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Deck oven expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with a deck oven is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
• Operate and maintain a deck oven — ensuring proper cooking times, temperatures, and crust quality.
• Assemble pizzas quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Work the line during peak hours with attention to timing and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and prep areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties as assigned.
