Job summary

MissionOne Media, a brand within BarkleyOKRP, seeks an Analyst, Decision Science to deliver impactful reporting for our internal media teams and clients. You will develop dashboards, perform QA on data, and analyze trends to provide actionable insights.

Join a collaborative analytics team, partner with planning, activation, strategy, and account teams to tell data-driven stories, and help improve reporting infrastructure and automation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of media and measurement experience.
• Strong academic or professional achievement.
• Quantitative skills with data collection, analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
• Familiarity with advertising planning and buying across Google, Meta, and Bing.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in analysis, research and presentation creation.
• Strong curiosity, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and thorough with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support development of measurement plans across systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned to plans.
• Ongoing data QA for reporting accuracy.
• Analyze data trends to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to tell data stories in decks/slides.
• Partner with reporting and engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Demonstrate problem-solving by drawing inferences from data.
• Understand the full media plan and avoid silo.
