Absolut Center of Endicott is offering December CNA Training Classes and inviting dedicated individuals to join as CNA Trainees. Earn an hourly wage during training while preparing for your certification exam, with the path to a permanent CNA role upon successful completion.

We provide flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, day, evening, and night shifts—and a supportive team environment with opportunities for tuition assistance to pursue advanced nursing credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, compassionate care to residents (assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status to nursing staff.
• Create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
