Job summary

Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing care team. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with nurses and medical staff to deliver essential daily care and improve the quality of life for our long-term care and rehabilitation residents.

Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, shift differential pay for evenings/nights/weekends, and continuing education support are available.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Measure and log vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and track fluid/food intake.
• Answer resident call signals promptly and courteously.
• Report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse.
