Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in South Florida seeks a Manager, Decarbonization Development to lead energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives across the fleet. You will scout technology, develop concepts, assess feasibility, build business cases, and hand over to the execution team.

Responsibilities include managing external partners, delivering ROI analyses, and supporting portfolio CAPEX planning while collaborating with Technical Operations and Asset teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a maritime or energy-focused engineering field.
• Experience in energy efficiency, decarbonization or HVAC systems.
• Strong project management across concept-to-CAPEX phases.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead decarbonization and energy efficiency project development across the fleet.
• Coordinate feasibility, business case, and CAPEX approvals.
• Manage external consultants, vendors, and partners.
• Provide technical and financial justification for projects.
