Job summary

Kelly is seeking a dependable Deburring Technician to join a manufacturing team in Brockton, MA. You will remove burrs, smooth edges and prepare machined metal parts for the next production step, ensuring they meet quality standards.

You’ll use hand tools, grinders, files and sanding equipment, inspect surfaces for defects, read work instructions and blueprints, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Prior deburring or machine shop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined metal components with attention to detail.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Use hand tools, grinders, files, and sanding equipment to achieve required finishes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with machinists, quality inspectors, and production team members to meet daily goals.
