Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a CNC Deburring Technician to finish, deburr, clean, and assemble parts produced on CNC machines. This role supports a quality-focused manufacturing environment and a strong work ethic.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 6:30am–3:00pm with pay between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and a benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a production environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Use a wide variety of finishing tools such as scrapers and files, electric and pneumatic tools such as right-angle grinders, sanders, die grinding tools and deburring tumblers.
• Use of optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification.
• Ensure that finished parts are handled carefully as to remove sharp edges and burrs, but not cause damage to critical dimensions, features, and finished surfaces.

Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Deburring Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing, deburring, cleaning, and assembling parts made on CNC machinery.
