Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a CNC Deburring Technician to finish, deburr, clean, and assemble parts produced on CNC machines. The role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. The pay range is $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a production environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Use finishing tools such as scrapers, files, grinders, sanders, and deburring tumblers.
• Use an optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification.
• Ensure finished parts maintain correct dimensions and surface quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking aCNC Deburring Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing, deburring, cleaning, and assembling parts made on CNC machinery. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Use a wide variety of finishing tools such as scrapers and files, electric and pneumatic tools such as right-angle grinders, sanders, die grinding tools and deburring tumblers.
• Use of optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification.
• Ensure that finished parts are handled carefully as to remove sharp edges and burrs, but not cause damage to critical dimensions, features, and finished surfaces.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
