Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking a CNC Deburring Technician to finish, deburr, clean, and assemble parts produced on CNC machinery.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years in a production setting, and strong attention to detail. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with a pay range of $18.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a production environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
• Use a wide variety of finishing tools such as scrapers and files, electric and pneumatic tools such as right-angle grinders, sanders, die grinding tools and deburring tumblers.
• Use of optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification.
• Ensure that finished parts are handled carefully as to remove sharp edges and burrs, but not cause damage to critical dimensions, features, and finished surfaces.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Fridayfrom 6:30am-3:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience*
