Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Deburring Operator to set up and adjust tooling and equipment for Deburring/Tapping machines. You may supervise in the absence of leads and ensure smooth production flow. The role emphasizes quality checks and proper documentation.

The position requires a High School Diploma and preferred 1+ year experience in high-volume manufacturing. Onsite work with a Monday-Thursday schedule and competitive benefits including health coverage and retirement plan

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Set Up all assigned Deburring/Tapping department machines and processes to company specifications.
• Understand the assembly and machine operations process and the movement of completed components.
• Produce a high-quality product according to required specifications on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup duties to ready Deburring/Tapping machines and processes for production.
• Installs, adjusts, changes, and aligns tooling and equipment to ready operations for production.
• Works from schedules to analyze machine or process problems and determine solutions.
• Facilitates engineering changes to products and processes per quality program.
