Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Machine Operator II for the 2nd shift in Twinsburg, OH. You will identify and remove burrs, set up and operate multiple manual machines, and ensure parts meet spec while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will read blueprints, document results in the ERP system, and support continuous improvement efforts in the machining department. Prior experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints and diagrams in English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift
• Operate manual machines and deburring equipment
• Maintain clean, safe work area and complete required documentation

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove burrs and sharp edges from machined components
• Set up and operate multiple production machines per procedures
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications
• Inspect own work and document results
• Enter data into ERP system and maintain quality records
• Support continuous improvement activities and 6S in the department
