Job summary

Precision Steel Services is seeking a Deburring & finishing Operator to clean and finish steel parts, stage material, and keep production moving. You will run deburring equipment, use hand tools as needed, and inspect parts for quality and cleanliness.

This is a hands-on, physical role that rewards consistent, reliable performance. Base pay starts at $18.50/hour with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires physical labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to handle repetitive work safely and accurately.
• Able to use basic tools and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate deburring and finishing equipment to clean and finish steel parts.
• Load, unload, move, and position steel parts manually or with lifting equipment.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and defects from cut parts.
• Use hand tools and grinders when machine finishing is not enough.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and finish quality.
